JACK CALDERON, CTS-D

President and Owner

Jack has been working with audio and visual systems for over 25 years. He has held the gamut of audio visual positions, including journey level installer, estimator, engineer, sales person and project manager. Today, Jack is the President of Jaymarc AV and acts as our Senior Engineer, and Project Manager. While other companies may rely on outside sources for programming, Jack is also one of our programmers at Jaymarc AV. It’s not unusual for a client to request a modification and see Jack pull out his laptop and make the changes on the spot. This willingness to personally do whatever it takes to complete a job to the customer’s total satisfaction is the foundation of our business.


JOI BRUNETTE

Controller

Joi is a new resident to our beautiful state, coming here from Southern California. Prior to her position at Jaymarc AV, Joi managed the office of a successful diesel truck shop in Lancaster, CA. She brings with her more than 10 years of experience in office management and bookkeeping, including 4 years with a general contractor.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters and is looking forward to experiencing all that Seattle and its surrounding areas has to offer.


JEFF MILLER, CTS-I, EAVA, ECP

Operations Manager

Jeff specializes in Audio System Commissioning, user experience and user training. He is an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist in Installation (CTS-I) with ten plus years of experience in professional live sound, video, and automation technologies. He holds a variety of endorsements from industry leading manufacturers and organizations including Biamp, Extron, Audinate and SHURE.


TYSON SCHERB

Sales & Marketing Manager

Tyson began working within the A/V industry nearly ten years ago. He brings with him a great enthusiasm for the Audio and Video industry and a sincere interest in providing the best solutions possible for his clients. Tyson has worked in both the broadcasting and information technology fields and has extensive knowledge of integrated control and automation systems. He is eager to share this knowledge with his clients and at the same time is continuing education on new technologies and how they apply to the audio and video industry. Tyson puts great emphasis on providing the best service possible by building strong relationships and understanding client needs.

In addition to having a great interest in the audio and video industry, Tyson is also a hobbyist of sorts who in his spare time paints, builds mobiles, lamps and furniture. He has an affinity towards science and technology and thoroughly enjoys electronic music.

Tyson grew up in North Idaho where he enjoyed the outdoors as much as possible. He spent his winters snowboarding at Schweitzer ski resort and his summer’s wakeboarding on Lake Pend O’reille. He’s an outdoor enthusiast and proactive on issues concerning the environment. Today he stays in shape and finds down-time participating in a variety of outdoor activities.


JOSH LITTLEJOHN

Senior Estimator

Josh grew up in rural northern Washington where he spent his youth building tree forts, helping out on dairy farms, and tending to his parent’s gardens. In his youth he could also be found in the mountains camping, hiking, hitting the slopes of Mt. Baker, playing his guitar, or watching old Hitchcock films. The latter two are where his interest in the AV world stems from – his love of music and movies – and it naturally grew from there. He also has a deep interest in architecture and design, which coincides directly with his work at Jaymarc.

Josh attended Seattle Pacific University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics. Josh’s varied work experience brings a unique perspective to the team, ranging from high-end residential construction, Alaskan commercial fishing, as well as work in both Men’s and Women’s fashion. All of his experience culminates in providing Jaymarc AV with exceptional customer service and a mind for business development.


ALEX MCNEILL

AV Design Consulting & Estimation

Alex has had a strong interest in the AV industry since he was young, and recently transitioned from a career in the Real Estate industry to pursue his passions in the realm of AV design. He brings a great attitude and smiling personality to the table, and is always eager to help. Outside of his time focusing on AV design, the Seattle native can be found enjoying nature whether it be skiing at Crystal Mountain, camping and hiking throughout the region, or simply spending time at Magnusson dog park with his husky Balto.

NOAH DEVLIN

NOAH DEVLIN

AV Design Consulting & Estimation

Noah grew up in the construction industry learning about structural concrete foundations and later the flooring installation industry. After graduating with a BA from Central Washington University in business administration he moved to Seattle where he worked in operations management for a large national retailer providing logistical support to the Pacific Northwest. Noah’s prior work & life experience has helped him to develop a deep understanding of how to truly interact with customers and communicate effectively to help ensure successful business transactions. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling to foreign countries, working out, and mountain climbing.

ROCHELLE CALDERON, PMP

Project Manager

Rochelle graduated from the University of Arizona in 2009 with a BA in Economics and a BA in Judaic Studies as well as a minor in Middle Eastern Studies. After moving back to Seattle from Arizona in 2009, she earned her living through tutoring Hebrew. Rochelle started in the AV industry in 2011 as an Assistant Project Manager. Since then, she has taken every opportunity to learn and grow. Rochelle acquired her PMP in February 2015 and currently acts as the project coordinator for Jaymarc AV – managing the technicians, assisting the senior project managers, purchasing equipment and developing and coordinating schedules.

In her spare time, Rochelle takes every opportunity to travel and expand on her passion for photography. She also has a sincere love of the water and everything having to do with it – especially wildlife, swimming, and scuba.


CHRISTOPHER WHITE

Service Manager & Programmer

Christopher started in the music industry 27 years ago designing and building music reproduction systems and recording studios in the Pacific Northwest. He brought his passion forward into commercial AV integration 20 years ago, where he became a successful journeyman installer & master electrician, programmer, and systems commissioning agent. He has worked on projects such as Dale Chihuly’s Museum of Glass, University of Washington’s Alaska Airline Arena, Boeing’s Museum of Flight, St. James Cathedral, and San Diego’s Francis W. Parker School Performing Arts Center where he was also the sound engineer for jazz pianist Eldar Djangirov. While his true desire would be to on the golf course more than the office; Chris brings a strong combination of experience, and devotion to the industry and to our customers.


KAITLYN BLOOM

KAITLYN BLOOM

Engineering Lead

Kaitlyn is the Engineering Lead at Jaymarc AV and handles all submittals, O&Ms, shop and as-built drawings. She joined us shortly after graduating with two Associate of Art degrees in Interior Design and General Studies from Bellevue College. She was a TA and tutor for their Interior Design program and brings over 10 years of AutoCAD experience to our team. Kaitlyn is somewhat notorious in the office for her attention to detail and thorough nature. She is currently studying for her CTS certification.

In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys comedy and spending time with her husband, family, friends and pets.


JON TIBKE

JON TIBKE

Lead Programmer & Journeyman Technician

Jon grew up in Minot, ND and graduated from Minot High School. Following high school, he went into the Navy where he served until 1991. While in the Navy, Jon was an Interior Commutations Electronic Technician. He left as Petty Officer 2nd class with 2 letters of commendations, National Defense Service medal (Desert Storm), Sea Service Deployment Medal, and a Good Conduct Medal. From 1991 -1997 he worked at London Controls and acquired his journeyman’s card. Jon then worked at Commercial Sound and Video from 1997 until 2012. He also completed the MIG Welding Certification course at Renton Technical College – just for fun.

When Jon is not working, you’ll usually find him in his car or on his motorcycle. Or perhaps, just taking Gus, his dog, for a walk around the block.


ALEX DOUTHITT, CTS-D

Programmer

Alex earned a bachelor’s degree in audio production and engineering from Berklee College of Music in 2013. Immediately following his graduation, he spent three years as a touring guitarist based out of Nashville, TN. His strong technical background in audio led him back to his hometown of Issaquah, WA to pursue a career in commercial AV. Since kicking off his AV career, Alex has acquired numerous programming certifications from manufactures such as Biamp, Extron, AMX, and QSC just to name a few. He is truly passionate about providing the most intuitive and most reliable custom AV solutions possible.

In his free time, you will probably find him either tinkering with electronics or enjoying the beautiful cascade mountains on his dirt bike or snowmobile.


JOHN HUBBARD

JOHN HUBBARD, CTS-I

Journeyman Technician

John is new to the AV industry and couldn’t be happier with the career change. He previously worked as a gas meter technician for PSE for 6 years, and as an ASE certified automotive technician for 3 years. In his spare time he loves to work on his cars and motorcycle. He also likes to go on long drives around the greater Seattle area with his beautiful wife of 5 years. John is an energetic individual who loves to laugh and enjoys the ever-changing scenery of locations and worksites in which he gets to work. He looks forward to a long, rewarding career within the AV industry.


TRI DO

Journeyman Technician

Tri graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology. He began as a bench tech for a CO2 Laser Company and remained with that organization for five years. Tri has been involved in the AV industry for over 19 years, mostly as a field technician but also has experience as a Project Manager and Service Technician. His goal is to eventually get into programming and expanding his knowledge of the industry.

In his personal life, Tri is a handy man and loves tinkering and fixing things. He’s very active and enjoys the outdoors and playing sports. He attempts to get as much quality time as possible with his wife Debera and their four children.


BRENT ELSASSER, CTS

Installation Technician & Lead Rack Builder

Brent has been an installer in the audio visual field for 8 years and the construction field for over 14 years. He has experience as a field installer, lead installer and as a project manager with some of the largest and most prestigious AV integration companies in the world. Brent has proven his effectiveness in the field through his superb work as a service technician and by managing both small and large scale construction projects over the past 7 years.

Brent is a loving husband and father of two boys. In his spare time he likes to explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest with his family. Brent looks forward to utilizing his strong audio visual skills to complete your new AV system in a timely and professional manner.
