Jack has been working with audio and visual systems for 35 years. He has held the gamut of audio visual positions, including journey level installer, estimator, engineer, sales person and project manager.
Joi is a new resident to our beautiful state, coming here from Southern California. Prior to her position at Jaymarc AV, Joi managed the office of a successful diesel truck shop in Lancaster, CA.
JEFF MILLER, CTS-I, EAVA, ECPOperations Manager
Jeff specializes in Audio System Commissioning, user experience and user training. He is an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist in Installation (CTS-I) with ten plus years of experience in professional live sound, video, and automation technologies.

Tyson began working within the A/V industry nearly 14 years ago. He brings with him a great enthusiasm for the audio and video industry and a sincere interest in providing the best solutions possible to our clients.
Josh grew up in rural northern Washington where he spent his youth building tree forts, helping out on dairy farms, and tending to his parents’ gardens. In his youth he could also be found in the mountains camping, hiking, hitting the slopes of Mt. Baker, playing his guitar, or watching old Hitchcock films.

Alex has had a strong interest in the AV industry since he was young, and recently transitioned from a career in the real estate industry to pursue his passions in the realm of AV design. He brings a great attitude and smiling personality to the table, and is always eager to help.

Nick McGuire is a Project Manager for Jaymarc-AV with over ten years in the Construction/ Electrical Industry. Nick has been with Jaymarc-AV since 2014 and started out as an apprentice field technician, developing his skills to Journey Level certification, CTS certified and Programmer qualifications .

Rochelle graduated from the University of Arizona in 2009 with a BA in Economics and a BA in Judaic Studies as well as a minor in Middle Eastern Studies. Rochelle acquired her PMP in February of 2015 and currently acts as the project coordinator for Jaymarc AV.
CHRISTOPHER WHITEService Manager & Programmer
Christopher started in the music industry 27 years ago designing and building music reproduction systems and recording studios in the Pacific Northwest. He brought his passion forward into commercial AV integration 20 years ago, where he became a successful journeyman installer & master electrician, programmer, and systems commissioning agent.
RACHEL CASILLASAdministrative Assistant
Helping in the office of her mom’s small business, Rachel developed a passion for office administration at a young age. This lead to her AAS in Administrative Assisting and a career in the construction industry. From Rachel’s experience in a variety of building trades, she values the importance of communication and efficiency.
KAITLYN BLOOMEngineering Lead
Kaitlyn is the Engineering Lead at Jaymarc AV and handles all submittals, O&Ms, shop and as-built drawings. She joined us shortly after graduating with two Associate of Art degrees in Interior Design and General Studies from Bellevue College.
JON TIBKELead Programmer & Journeyman Technician
Jon grew up in Minot, ND and graduated from Minot High School. Following high school, he went into the Navy where he served until 1991. While in the Navy, Jon was an Interior Communications Electronic Technician.
JOHN HUBBARD, CTS-IJourneyman Technician
John is new to the AV industry and couldn’t be happier with the career change. He previously worked as a gas meter technician for PSE for 6 years, and as an ASE certified automotive technician for 3 years.
BRENT ELSASSER, CTSInstallation Technician & Lead Rack Builder
Brent has been an installer in the audio visual field for 8 years and the construction field for over 14 years. He has experience as a field installer, lead installer and as a project manager with some of the largest and most prestigious AV integration companies in the world.
Raymond Gomez

Raymond is originally from sunny Arizona, and moved to Seattle by way of Australia 5 years ago. In his free time, he enjoys DJ’ing electronic music, riding his bike around the PNW, and spending time with his dogs.
