Jaymarc AV began in 1988, born from Jack Calderon and Mark Bellesiles’ shared vision to create an AV company that raised the bar. Their pursuit of better design, better installation, and a better customer experience shaped the next 37 years. Along the way, they built more than a business. They built a culture rooted in teamwork, integrity, and genuine care for both clients and staff.
Today, under the leadership of Luis Padilla, Jaymarc AV continues that legacy. Guided by the same principles that made the company trusted for decades, Luis is leading Jaymarc AV into its next chapter with elevated service, strong values, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

In 1975, our founder, Jack Calderon, was in high school and pioneered the Mobile Disc Jockey business at that time in the Seattle market. He ran his mobile disc jockey operation throughout high school and into his college years. In 1982 Jack pursued degrees in Physics and Mathematics at the University of Washington while at the same time entering the industry of Commercial Audio. In July of 1988, Jack started a commercial audio integration company which now carries the name of Jaymarc AV. Officially incorporated in January of 1990 under the parent company of Jaymarc Investments, Inc, the foundation for Jaymarc AV was born.
Over the last 30 plus years, the industry has changed, and technology has evolved immensely; despite these changes our philosophy has never changed. From day 1, our company philosophy has been structured to take care of the client with the best possible customer service and provide proven technology to meet our client’s needs.
We have always been a Design-Build centered firm with a strong emphasis on engineering. We spend significant time on the design and engineering of a project BEFORE it ever goes into procurement to ensure that our system design and client requirements are well matched. We have found that working directly with the client through the entire process is a proven win-win situation for our clients.
Jack remains involved in the day-to-day operation of Jaymarc AV, now built out with a fantastic team of professionals. Each member of the team brings their own unique talents to a well-rounded and technically astute company. Jaymarc AV is proud to remain a family owned and operated company that still views each client as deserving the same white glove treatment. Jack has been working with audio and visual systems for 35 years. He has held the gamut of audio visual positions, including journey level installer, estimator, engineer, sales person and project manager.
Jeff specializes in Audio System Commissioning, user experience and user training. He is an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist in Installation (CTS-I) with ten plus years of experience in professional live sound, video, and automation technologies.
Stemming from the Hawaiian Island of Kauai, Charles encompasses a vast array of technological skill and customer service know-how. He brings with him 10 years of live AV production experience in news and radio, large corporate orchestrations, and live entertainment. Interests include surfing, snowboarding, and music & video production.
